On Saturday, my sweet, sweet friends threw me a baby shower at Marmalade Cafe. It was so much fun to be there with all my lovely ladies chewing the fat and chewing the chow. (ha ha, that sounds wierd.) I had a super yummy egg fritatta with tons of crunchy veggies and potatoes. Delish! Sophie came along and even bought a gift for the baby with her very own money. She really wanted to be a part of things. Doug's mama came in town for a quick visit this weekend so she got to come along, too!
Anyway, everyone was so generous and wonderful, i just felt very loved. And now I am armed with everything i need for this baby to come. So exciting! Thanks, everyone!!
p.s. Jen gave the kids these adorable shirts and both of them wore them all day Saturday and I think Sophie wore hers to school this morning. They love them!
